New to coaching?

Curious to know what happens in a coaching session?

Here’s some information on how we can work together.

And if you’re want to know the benefits of coaching and how many sessions you should book with me, check out 3 examples of clients I regularly work with here.

In a coaching session, I’ll support you in the following ways:

1) I’ll create a safe space where you can be yourself, whether you’re having a great day or a grim day. I meet you where you’re at and you set the direction and the pace of a coaching session. No judgement.

2) I’ll listen carefully and ask you thoughtful questions to enable you to deepen your understanding and identify steps to help you develop and shine and encourage the shift to improve your skills and performance.

3) I’ll introduce you to tools, processes, and behaviours so that you can develop and explore new possibilities.

4) I’ll offer thoughtful and constructive feedback during any role play or rehearsal where you practice your skills for an event. This, for example, could be around giving feedback, motivating a team, storytelling to inspire, delivering bad news, or practicing active listening skills.

5) I’ll guide you through a series of short, fun exercises to grow your communication muscle. These exercises focus on things like creative ways to start and end a talk, how and where to use questions and pauses to engage with others, how to use structure, effective influencing skills and increasing your executive presence.

"Working with Mica has been an absolute pleasure and a positive experience throughout. Her insightful questions and gentle guidance have helped me to look at aspects of my work from a different perspective and to overcome obstacles. At the same time, it almost felt like chatting with an old friend. Mica has managed to provide a safe space and open environment online. I just wish I had met her earlier in my career as I am sure she could have contributed to making my path a lot less rocky."
